Engraving and Engraved Gifts
We can engrave items you bought somewhere else, or you can choose from our large selection of gifts specifically designed for engraving including sterling silver ID bracelets, medic alert bracelets, flasks, keychains, money clips, Cross pens, Zippo lighters, and much, much more. You can also order from our many catalogs of engraved gifts.
We carry a large selection of brass and ornamental blank plates or plaques that can be engraved and attached to your gift to give it that personal touch.
We can also do inside ring engraving on most gold, silver, and platinum ring
Eyeglass Frame Repair
Did your metal eyeglass frames break, and you just don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a new pair? Our expert jewelers can solder those frames back together again, and they'll fit just like new. On some models, there may be slight discoloring at the point of the weld.
Insurance Appraisals
At our Quail Springs Mall and Penn Square Mall stores, we can do insurance appraisals for jewelry for a fraction of the cost many other places charge. Bring in your rings, bracelets, necklaces, or pendants, and our professionals will write a detailed description of your piece, assess a replacement price at fair market value, and mail you the paperwork in approximately 3 weeks.
Zippo Lighters
Each store has a large selection of the latest Zippo lighters and products and if you are a collector or Zippo enthusiast looking for a special lighter we have the catalogs of the complete line available.
For our many foreign customers buying Zippo lighters and other products, we remind you that when traveling by air pack them in your checked luggage and not in your carry-ons.
Restringing
We do all types of restringing including pearl restringing with knotted silk and bead restringing with tiger tail. We can also replace missing pearls with matching ones and in many cases we can replace missing beads. We can also replace the clasp or closure and do single-strand or multi-strand necklaces or bracelets.
Unfortunately, we do need 2-3 weeks for all the restringing. However, you can be confident and secure in knowing that your valuables are not "sent out" and will only be handled by professional jewelers.

We will gladly order any item you like out of one of our many catalogs from the largest and most respected suppliers in the business, including but not limited to, Stuller, Seiko, Citizen, Quality Gold, Rio Grande, Zippo, Hadley Roma, Rembrandt Charms, and Speidel, just to name a few.
Our professional jewelers and watch technicians will help you find exactly what you are looking for and if we cannot find it then we might just be able to make it for you.
