Ring Sizing
Sizing up, sizing down, yellow gold, white gold, two-tone, 10K, 14K, 18K, or higher karat weights, silver or platinum, we have the tools and equipment along with the expertise to size any ring that is meant to be sized.
Necklace & Bracelet Repair
Necklaces and bracelets that are broken can be repaired to look just like new. We can also shorten, and in many cases lengthen, your necklace or bracelet to fit exactly the way you want. We also have a large selection of clasps and closures on hand to repair your necklace or bracelet While You Wait or Shop or, we can order exactly what you are looking for from our catalogs of literally thousands.

Prong Re-Tipping
Most jewelry is designed to last forever with little or no maintenance. However, the prongs holding your diamonds or gemstones in your ring can wear down to the point where they can easily be broken or damaged, thus risking the loss of your stone. An annual inspection of your ring's prongs is recommended. One of our professionals will inspect your prongs for free and recommend whether they need re-tipping.
Stone Setting
Whether you bring in your own diamonds or gemstones or order one from our large selection of loose stones, we have expert stone-setters with the technical and artistic ability to set any stone - no matter how large or how small. We also specialize in designing and creating rings or pendants to fit stones supplied by the customer.

Diamonds & Gemstones
We have a large selection of loose diamonds and gemstones on hand from which to choose. But unlike most jewelry stores, if we do not have exactly what you are looking for, then we can order the exact diamond or gemstone you want. We also stock and can order lab-created stones, synthetic stones, imitation stones, birthstones, foil backs, marcasites, and much, much more.
In the upper-right-hand corner of every page is a red "Search Diamonds" box providing instant access to literally thousands of loose diamonds of nearly any size, color, shape, and quality. This webpage provides gemscope photographs of the diamond up to 300X (jewelry store gemscopes are less than 100X) from several different angles, giving you a superior picture of exactly what you are buying. You will be able to clearly see any flaws and inclusions in the diamond without having to fuss with a jeweler's loupe or other magnifier.
The best part is that you are able to view the diamonds over the internet whenever you want, wherever you want, as many times as you want without a salesperson breathing down your neck.Â
Re-shanks & Refurbishing
Did you know that after several years, the bottom of your ring, called the shank, can wear thin and even break? That problem is easy to solve with a new shank matching the color and karat weight of the old one. Re-shanks can be 1/4 shanks, 1/2 shanks, or full shanks and in most cases can be done While You Wait or Shop.
We also refurbish rings to their original beauty and luster even if it was "run over by a truck." Our professional jewelers can straighten your ring, remove scratches, dings, and dents, and repair cracks on the shank, shoulder, or bridgework, making your ring look brand new again.
Cleaning & Polishing
If you ever wondered why most jewelry is made from gold, bring your ring in for a cleaning and polishing, and you will see for yourself. Your ring will look like it did the day you bought it, shining and glistening with all of its luster.
In between professional cleanings, a simple cleaning at home of most jewelry can easily and safely be done with a toothbrush and mild soap or detergent that does not contain bleach or ammonia.
Restringing

We do all types of restringing including pearl restringing with knotted silk and bead restringing with tiger tail. We can also replace missing pearls with matching ones and in many cases we can replace missing beads. We can also replace the clasp or closure and do single-strand or multi-strand necklaces or bracelets.
Unfortunately, we do need 2-3 weeks for all the restringing. However, you can be confident and secure in knowing that your valuables are not "sent out" and will only be handled by us.
Catalog Orders
We will gladly order any item you like out of one of our many catalogs representing the largest and most respected suppliers in the business, including but not limited to, Stuller, Seiko, Citizen, Quality Gold, Rio Grande, Zippo, Hadley Roma, Rembrandt Charms, and Spade-just to name a few.
Our professional jewelers and watch technicians will help you find exactly what you are looking for. And, if we cannot find it, then we might just be able to make it.
Overnight delivery and 2nd Day Air are available for those last-minute emergencies.
